Frequently Asked Questions
Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account. Simply download AI Academy on your new device, and your Pro access will be restored automatically. If it doesn't restore, try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the Profile tab.
On iPhone: Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > AI Academy > Cancel. On Android: Open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > AI Academy > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
In the app, go to Profile › Settings › Delete account & data. This permanently removes your account, learning progress, generated content, and identifiers from our servers within 30 days. Your App Store subscription must be cancelled separately in iOS Settings (see above). You can also request deletion by emailing support@aiacademycourse.education and we'll complete it within 30 days.
Yes. In the app, go to Profile › Settings › Export my data to download a machine-readable file of your progress and content. You can also request an export by emailing support@aiacademycourse.education.
If you created an account, your progress syncs to it — sign back in on your device to restore it. Progress made while signed out is stored locally on your device, so deleting the app removes that local data. If something looks missing, email us and we'll help recover what we can.
Mostly, yes. All courses, prompts, and AI tool guides are bundled with the app, so you can read and learn offline. Features that need an internet connection include audio narration (unless downloaded for offline listening beforehand), the community leaderboard, Creator Studio (AI text, voice, and image generation), signing in, and purchasing or restoring a subscription.
AI Academy requires iOS 15 or later on iPhone, or Android 8 or later on Android phones. The current version is designed and optimized for phones.
We regularly update the app with new courses, prompt templates, and AI tool reviews. Major content updates happen monthly, with smaller updates and bug fixes more frequently.
We collect only what's needed to run the app: your email and name if you create an account, your subscription status (via Apple/Google and RevenueCat), and app usage analytics that you can turn off anytime in Profile › Settings › Privacy. Learning progress is stored on your device and synced to your account if you sign in. We never sell your data, and you can export or delete everything (see the questions above).
